Digital Products

All products sold on BookoryStore are digital products (ebooks, PDF files, and downloadable content). No physical items are shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product from BookoryStore, you acknowledge and agree that you immediately gain access to digital content and waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws regarding digital content.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• You did not receive access to your purchased digital product.
